You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nHave experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural estimating, tender evaluations and onsite cost controls\nOptimise project costs, implement value engineering and ensure value for money whilst still achieving the highest standards and quality\nProvide commercial and contract support throughout the project\nProduce cost plans/estimates to provide client detailed budgets\nEnsure initial cost plans are sufficient to carry out the works\nAnalyse tenders to ensure value for money and that the works have been procured at the best market rates\nDeliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner\nClose out commercial, change orders and contract issues\nPerform interim valuations to ensure contractor payments are correct and made in a timely manner utilising EVM.\nForecast and monitor cash flow/accruals to ensure a positive cash flow is maintained, liaising with the client’s financial team\nAssist in the reparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertaken\nProduce cost analysis feedback/lessons learned to the client for future works.\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural Estimating\nHave a degree or comparable experience\nHave experience in Data-Centres, Battery Manufacturing, Life Science, or Semi Conductor projects\nHave experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects\nAre currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already).\nAre fluent in English language both orally and written. \nThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
