We’ll support your growth and empower you to take ownership of your career.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role, you will:\nLead / manage the entire lifecycle of the HV project, from design/ planning/ construction/ technical compliance, through to commissioning and handover\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders\nHave a strong analytical and problem-solving ability and approach\nFamiliarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for complex HV systems\nLeading technical teams, coordinating with stakeholders, Designers, utility companies, and contractors\nManage the design process and review/approvals process\nManage adherence to the regional HV regulatory bodies\nManage project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standards\nA strong understanding of (HSE) health/safety/environment principles within the context of HV operations and projects.\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave strong experience delivering HV electrical systems on large or complex construction projects\nSubstation experience is a must\nBring an engineering or construction background, ideally with HV or energy infrastructure experience\nUnderstand utility protocols, commissioning practices, and safety standards for HV systems\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nAre proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
