For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role, you will:\nAct as the contract administrator, ensuring that all contractual obligations under the FIDIC form of contract are properly executed and administered\n\nLead and manage the contract administration process, including notices, instructions, claims, and variations, ensuring compliance with contractual timelines and procedures\n\nCoordinate closely with the client, consultant, and contractor teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on contractual and commercial matters\n\nProvide clear, accurate and timely advice on FIDIC contract interpretation, claims assessment, determinations and dispute resolution\n\nLead and attend key project and progress meetings, providing expert guidance on contract administration and performance monitoring\n\nImplement and monitor key project procedures, ensuring consistent compliance with project governance and FIDIC requirements\n\nSupport continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing contract administration processes.\n\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHold a degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline\n\nProven years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or date center projects, with at Proven years acting as a Lead FIDIC Engineer/ Senior Contract Administrator.\nPossess strong technical knowledge of FIDIC contract forms and their practical application on construction projects\n\nHave a proven ability to manage contract correspondence, notices, and claims with precision and professionalism\n\nDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy\n\nAre detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident managing documentation and processes across multiple stakeholders\n\nThrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors\n\nNot a pre-requite contract administration certification (e.g. MRICS, MCIArb, MCIOB, PMP).\n\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
