For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nLead project priorities, deadlines, and client engagements.\nDevelop detailed, end-to-end project schedules using critical path methodology, covering full project scope, milestones, and timelines.\nApply Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology to define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.\nAlign all scheduling with the project execution plan, contracting, procurement, and control strategies.\nEstablish a robust method for schedule baselining and manage ongoing updates.\nMaintain a fully integrated project schedule viewable at multiple levels of detail and abstraction.\nLead and facilitate meetings with both clients and suppliers to discuss timelines, progress, and dependencies.\nNegotiate and resolve interdisciplinary and inter-party schedule conflicts to achieve optimal outcomes for the client.\nDeliver regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting variances, risks, and mitigation strategies.\nReview and validate supplier and third-party schedules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.\nApply working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) to support integrated schedule and cost performance tracking, when required. \nExperience of CQV process is required for some projects.\nWe would love to hear from you if you have:\nExtensive experience in construction project planning and scheduling in the Life Science sector.\nProficiency in using Primavera P6 to build, manage, and analyse project schedules.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills and can convey complex schedule data in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.\nConfidence leading meetings and are able to command attention, facilitate productive discussions, and drive decisions.\nDemonstratable experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), including the ability to interpret and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.\nExcellent technical understanding of planning processes in complex, high-value construction projects.\nA degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
