For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nOutline the core vision, functional requirements, SMART goals, and primary deliverables of the project\nDetail land surveys, geotechnical / soil testing, utility mapping, and structural assessments to identify site constraints early\nCover architectural and engineering design development, Building Information Modeling (BIM), code compliance checks, and value engineering to optimize cost and quality\nSpecifiy milestone estimates (e.g., at 30%, 60%, or 90% design sets), quantity takeoffs, cashflow projections, and contingency or allowance planning\nEstablish the pre-construction timeline, master project roadmap, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and critical path milestones\nList required zoning reviews, environmental impact assessments, building permits, and local authority approvals \nDetail the creation of tender documents, Request for Proposals (RFPs), subcontractor pre-qualification, bid leveling, and early long-lead material procurement\nDefine risk registers, safety reviews and stakeholder reporting protocols.\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave Data Centre / mission-critical / complex construction experience \nHave strong experience from RIBA 0-4 \nHave client-side or consultancy Project Manager experience \nHave tender management and contractor appointment \nHave risk, change and stakeholder management \nHave an understanding of construction methodology and constructability \nHave experience taking projects from concept through to construction readiness\nAre a Chartered Building Surveyor / Design Manager / equivalent (desirable)\nHave design development, building regulations, planning experience (desirable) \nHave procurement experience (desirable)\nHave international / EMEA project experience (desirable)\nExperience with complex utilities, power or infrastructure interfaces (desirable).\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
