Joining Linesight means gaining exposure to industry-leading projects, expanding your expertise, and having the support and autonomy to drive your career forward.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nLead the successful delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.\nAct as a key onsite presence, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and driving project performance.\nBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project meetings, coordinate activities across teams, and ensure clear communication on project status, risks, and opportunities.\nProactively identify challenges and work collaboratively with project teams to develop effective solutions.\nOversee project controls, change management, and the review of variations and delays.\nSupport commissioning, closeout, and handover activities to ensure a seamless transition and successful project completion.\nChampion best practice project delivery, continuously driving improvements in processes and project outcomes.\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave experience delivering construction projects in a project management capacity.\nBring experience from data centres, industrial, commercial, mission-critical, infrastructure, or other complex construction environments.\nHold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience.\nHave achieved, or are working towards, a professional project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).\nAre highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.\nAre a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and project teams.\nThrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.\nAre able to work in Merritt, BC, either locally or on a FIFO rotation.\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
