Projects may include electrical power distribution, HVAC and cooling, security systems and server infrastructure upgrades.\nYou will oversee end-to-end delivery, from initial assessment and scope development through procurement, implementation, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects meet agreed cost, schedule, quality and safety requirements.\nThis is a technical programme delivery role in live, operational environments - not facilities management or reactive maintenance.\nThe Opportunity\nLead multiple infrastructure improvement projects across EMEA, managing scope, budgets, schedules, dependencies and priorities.\n\nDevelop project scopes and delivery strategies with Operations and technical stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and engineering specialists.\n\nManage commercial performance, including forecasting, cost control, procurement and change management.\n\nIdentify and mitigate technical, operational, commercial and scheduling risks.\n\nDeliver complex upgrades within live data centres, minimising disruption and maintaining operational continuity.\n\nPlan and oversee implementation, testing, commissioning, acceptance and formal handover.\n\nMaintain programme governance, controls and reporting, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders.\n\nIdentify opportunities for efficiencies, continuous improvement and additional programme initiatives.\n\nWe would love to hear from you if you have:\nSignificant experience managing complex infrastructure programmes or multiple concurrent projects.\n\nA strong background in data centres, critical infrastructure or other mission-critical environments.\n\nProven experience delivering infrastructure upgrades in live operational environments, where business continuity and safety are essential.\n\nExperience across construction, quantity surveying and/or mechanical and electrical (M&E) disciplines.\n\nKnowledge of critical building systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC and cooling.\n\nStrong commercial management skills covering budgets, forecasting, cost control and procurement.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and influenci\n\nng skills.\n\nExperience coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.\n\nA track record of managing projects through implementation, commissioning and handover.\n\nRelevant project or programme management, construction or engineering qualifications would be advantageous.\n\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
