For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nLead risk management processes, ensuring project risks are identified, assessed, tracked and managed effectively.\nFacilitate risk workshops and meetings with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to agree realistic risk assessments and mitigation actions.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive risk registers and risk profiles, ensuring risks are accurately evaluated in terms of cost and schedule impact.\nConduct quantitative risk analysis (QRA) and develop stress-test scenarios to assess potential impacts on project cost and schedule.\nMonitor project contingency budgets against actual expenditure, reporting on risk exposure and contingency requirements.\nPrepare risk reports for monthly project reviews, escalating risks that exceed agreed thresholds and communicating findings to key stakeholders.\nSupport the integration of risk management processes into wider project, programme and portfolio governance.\nProvide risk management guidance and support to project teams, promoting consistent processes and effective risk mitigation.\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, with a strong background in Risk Management.\nExperience managing risk on large-scale, complex construction projects.\nUnderstand project cost and schedule impacts, quantitative risk analysis and contingency management.\nAre confident facilitating stakeholder workshops, challenging assumptions and communicating risks effectively.\nAre detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines.\nAre fluent in written and spoken English.\nHave the flexibility to travel as required for project and client engagements.\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
