For us, lasting trusted relationships are paramount, both with our teams and our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nRole and Responsibilities:\nA highly motivated and experienced Scheduler/ Project control specialist expert in Primavera P6, extensive experience in Planning, Scheduling and Project control of complex construction projects. Understands Project control and risk assessment methodologies used within the construction industry, cost and schedule risk analysis, and unique challenges.\nIn this role you will:\nGain hands-on experience working in exciting, innovative sectors with some of the world’s most prestigious companies\nDevelop comprehensive QRA reports for complex construction projects.\nDevelop schedule models for QRA.\nOpportunity to work on the latest scheduling and risk management software.\nActively participate in the controlling, monitoring, and analysis of performance and risk on complex projects\nOversee project risk, analyze the risk impact on Project cost & timeline for early mitigation plan.\nDevelop Project control plan, WBS and Schedule for new projects when required.\nProject schedule, cost and risk monitoring and control.\nHelp oversee project status by setting baseline targets; tracking progress and performance creating and using insight to recommend early preventative and remedial actions.\nUnderstands risk assessment methodologies used within the construction industry, cost and schedule risk analysis\nMaintain and monitor project delivery risks and opportunities.\nTrack risk mitigation actions to ensure these are completed in line with the proposed timescales.\nDevelop risk management reports from inputs from the risk specialists.\nSupporting the knowledge sharing of risks and opportunities across the portfolio of projects ensuring that lessons are learnt.\nStay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to Scheduling and risk management in the construction sectors.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nInnovative thinking and fast to adapt new developments in the market.\nHandle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering\n10+ years of experience in Project control, Scheduling or Project risk management of complex construction projects\nProficient in Primavera P6\nConstruction industry certification.\nProfessional certifications in Project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, IRM-Cert, etc)\nKnowledge in Primavera OPC, Safran, @Risk, Power BI an added advantage\nComplex construction projects, Pharma, DC or Process plant experience.\nWe would love to hear from you if you have:\nExperience in Project Planning, Scheduling and Project control.\nCompleted a bachelor’s degree in engineering / Masters in Pharma.\nExperience in risk management and QRA.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and IT skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.\nStrive to work in a team supporting clients on complex, large-scale construction projects\nKeen to learn new skills and knowledge for personal and business need\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
