For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nFacilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge \nBuild strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices \nDefine and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent \nAssist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent \nExpertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave previous in-house recruitment experience within the construction or consultancy sectors \nEnjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations \nHave excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems \nAre detail oriented and quality focused \nAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writing \nLove a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines \nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
