For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nReview and screen CVs against role requirements\n\nConduct initial phone or video pre-screen interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation and communication skills\n\nCoordinate interviews across multiple APAC time zones, including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels\n\nFacilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge\n\nWork in partnership with the hiring managers to focus on quality candidate selection - from sourcing and screening to short lists and interviews\n\nCultivate a diverse range of local and international candidates with creative use of recruitment channels and tools\n\nApply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data\n\nDefine and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent \nAssist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent \nExpertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave prior experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally at least 3 years in a similar role\n\nEnjoy partnering with hiring teams to understand business needs, manage expectations, and hire quality candidates\n\nHave excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems\n\nAre highly organised, detail oriented and quality focused\n\nAre able to build effective working relationships across different countries, cultures and time zones \nExcel in a collaborative and friendly team environment\n\nLove a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines\n\nAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.\nAbout us\nLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
