In this role, you will act as a bridge between HR, IT, payroll, and business stakeholders, helping ensure that HR systems are reliable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. You will work with HR data, system configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement of HR processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, configure, and support HR systems such as HRIS/HCM platforms, time and attendance, payroll-related systems, and employee self-service tools.\nWork with HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements.\nMaintain data quality, perform regular checks, and support accurate employee data flows across HR and business systems.\nPrepare standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts for HR leadership and business stakeholders.\nSupport testing, documentation, and rollout of system changes, upgrades, new modules, workflows, and integrations.\nHelp define and document HR processes, system procedures, user guides, and support materials.\nProvide user support and training to HR colleagues and other system users.\nSupport access management, security roles, audit requirements, and compliance with data privacy standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience with HR systems, HRIS/HCM platforms, or business applications; exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems is beneficial.\nGood understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, time management, payroll, recruitment, performance, or learning.\nStrong data accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into system or process improvements.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools or Power BI is an advantage.\nClear communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEnglish and Czech language skills are a must.\nNice to Have\nExperience with SAP SuccessFactors, OKBase, payroll systems, or HR integrations.\nBasic knowledge of APIs, integration concepts, SQL, or data mapping.\nUnderstanding of access rights, GDPR, data privacy, and audit requirements in HR systems.\nExperience working in international or multi-country HR system environments\nWhat we offer\nBeing part of a successful company\nOpportunity to change things and implement processes\nProfessional education and development\nBroad scale of benefits (company kindergarten, extra days of holidays, sick-days, flexible working hours, working from home, Multisport card, canteen, 13th salary etc.)\nLocation: Slaný\nIf you are interested, please, send your CV in English.\nO firmě\nLinet spol. s r.o.
