Depending on content needs, hours may be increased.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience working remotely with international teams.\nBackground in communications, linguistics, or social media trends and how to adapt them to educational or cultural content.\nBasic editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar apps.\nFluent in English and Lithuanian. \nPreferred: Another Eastern European language is a plus.\nExperience working with international or educational brands.\nUnderstanding of basic marketing metrics (views, CTR, engagement).\nKnowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar). \n Soft SkillsCreative thinker with cultural awareness and curiosity.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills. \nComfortable experimenting with new content formats.
