considerations.\nLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, test strategy, test case development, defect management, and business sign-off.\nCoordinate business participation to support continuous improvement and business innovation initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSignificant experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise-scale data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.\nProven experience leading business analysis activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.\nExperience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to influence decision-making and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.\n\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.\n\nExperience managing requirements from discovery through
