We're committed to building an inclusive community where all our people thrive regardless of their backgrounds, identities, or other personal characteristics.\nTasks/ Responsibilities:\nDrives continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.\nFacilitates requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and current-state processes.\nTranslates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.\nGoverns requirements to ensure they remain current, aligned, and consistent at all levels.\nMaps business processes, data flows, and source-to-target or source-to-report relationships.\nDefines KPI measures, formulas, dimensions, filters, exception rules, and data-quality rules.\nDocuments and maintains data catalogs, business glossaries, and metadata.\nAdvises clients and stakeholders on optimal solutions that meet business requirements.\nLeads UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect triage, and business sign-off.\nCoordinates user participation in testing, deployment, and implementation activities.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nMust Have:\nDegree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nPrior experience as an IT Business Analyst\nProblem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills\nGood interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\nAdept in working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.\nAbility to work in a dynamic, changing environment and under time pressure.\nExperience in any project management methodologies and software development processes\nProficient in data analysis tools\nNice To Have:\nSAP tables and process knowledge for any of the following domains - Sales, Finance, RD&E and Sustainability\nDatabricks SQL or another cloud data platform\ndbt documentation and tests\nData lineage or catalog tools such as Unity Catalog\nBasic API/file-interface understanding\nAI assisted delivery preferred tools: GitHub Copilot for technical documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, tests, queries and reviews. Claude skills or equivalent reusable AI instructions/workflows for repeatable analysis, documentation and delivery activities.\nDomain Specific Requirement:\nSales: Customer and product hierarchies, pricing, sales orders, promotions, trade spend, sell-in/sell-out and customer profitability; SAP SD/TPM is strongly preferred\nInsights & Innovation: Use-case discovery, hypothesis definition, business-value measures, experiment acceptance criteria and executive insight needs\nSupply Chain: Demand planning, inventory, replenishment, production, shipments, OTIF and forecast accuracy; SAP MM/PP/QM preferred\nFinance: General ledger, P&L, cost centers, accounting periods, accruals, close and reconciliation; SAP FI/CO strongly preferred\nHQ - RD&E and Sustainability: Product master, formulation, new-product development stages, regulatory attributes and sustainability measures; PLM knowledge preferred\nWe offer:\nStable employment.
