We're committed to building an inclusive community where all our people thrive regardless of their backgrounds, identities, or other personal characteristics.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDevelop learning objectives and course outlines based on client requirements.\nCreate engaging scripts, storyboards, and learning content.\n\nBuild and publish e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline.\n\nApply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.\n\nCollaborate with account teams, SMEs, and designers throughout project delivery.\n\nParticipate in client discussions and present work when required.\n\nIncorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality standards.\n\nUse AI-enabled tools to support content creation and production where appropriate.\n\nOwn and present your work during regular client calls, clearly explaining the rationale behind key learning and design decisions.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n3-5 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, corporate training, or a related field.\n\nExperience creating learning objectives, course outlines, scripts, and storyboards.\n\nHands-on experience building e-learning courses in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.\n\nStrong writing, editing, and content development skills.\n\nUnderstanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.\n\nAbility to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning experiences.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\n\nFlexibility to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on production.\n\nExperience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.\n\nConfidence in presenting work to clients when needed.\n\nFamiliarity with SCORM, xAPI, learning management systems, accessibility considerations, and e-learning quality assurance.\n\nFluent English (B2/C1).\n\nWhat will set you apart\nExperience with HeyGen for avatar-based learning content.\n\nExperience with Synthesia or similar content-production tools.\n\nExperience using generative AI tools to support learning content development.\n\nWe offer\nStable employment.
