We're committed to building an inclusive community where all our people thrive regardless of their backgrounds, identities, or other personal characteristics.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nWorking with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production \nDesign, delivery GenAI solutions \nPractical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency \nDesign, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines \nDefining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations \nImplementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices \nGathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations \nGathering technical requirements & estimating planned work \nPresenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients \nCreating technical documentation\nWhat We're Looking:\nAt least 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.\nStrong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.\nShould be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.\nExperience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.\nUnderstanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.\nWe Offer:\nStable employment.
