The role is split evenly between hands-on delivery on client projects and presales work - shaping solutions, scoping offers, and helping win new business in the Data, Analytics, and AI space.\nTasks:\nDesign end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client business objectives and technology strategies.\nLead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with client stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.\nArchitect modern cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions.\nDefine architecture blueprints covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients by providing guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and architecture decisions.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Consultants, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams during implementation.\nSupport project delivery by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring architectural consistency.\nEstablish and promote standards, best practices, reusable assets, and reference architectures.\nDesign and recommend modern architecture patterns including lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native approaches.\nParticipate in presales engagements, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation.\nSupport RFI and RFP responses with architecture design, technical recommendations, and delivery approaches.\nPresent proposed solutions to technical and business audiences ranging from project teams to executive stakeholders.\nContribute to capability development, mentoring initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and Competency Center growth.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nWhat We're Looking For:\n8-12 years of experience in Data & Analytics.\n5+ years’ experience in databricks.\nHands-on expertise across at least 2 Data & Analytics platforms, one of which must be Databricks\nDatabricks Professional certification\nProven data platform design and architecture skills\nStrong client-facing skills - able to lead technical conversations, present solutions, and build trust with stakeholders.\nNice to have\nDatabricks Architect Champion\nCloud architect certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP)\nExperience with additional platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or BigQuery\nLakehouse, data mesh, and data governance experience\nGenAI / ML solution design experience\nStrong SQL and Python skills; familiarity with dbt or similar ELT tooling\nPresales experience - responding to RFPs/RFIs and writing technical proposals\n\nWhat to expect:\n50% - client delivery on Data & Analytics and AI projects\n50% - presales: solution design, scoping, and preparing offers/proposal.\nWhat will set you apart:\nStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. \nAgile, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. \nPassion for technology, innovation, and driving measurable business outcomes. \nWhat we offer:\nStable employment.
