This role is split evenly between hands-on delivery on client projects and presales activities, including shaping solutions, defining architecture strategies, scoping offers, preparing proposals, and helping win new business opportunities in the Data, Analytics, and AI space.\nThe Solution Architect combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable, innovative, and business-focused solutions.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDesign end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client business objectives and technology strategies.\nLead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with client stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.\nArchitect modern cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions.\nDefine architecture blueprints covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients by providing guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and architecture decisions.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Consultants, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams during implementation.\nSupport project delivery by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring architectural consistency.\nEstablish and promote standards, best practices, reusable assets, and reference architectures.\nDesign and recommend modern architecture patterns including lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native approaches.\nParticipate in presales engagements, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation.\nSupport RFI and RFP responses with architecture design, technical recommendations, and delivery approaches.\nPresent proposed solutions to technical and business audiences ranging from project teams to executive stakeholders.\nContribute to capability development, mentoring initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and Competency Center growth.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related consulting roles.\nProven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platform solutions.\nHands-on expertise across at least two Data & Analytics platforms, including Databricks.\nDatabricks Professional Certification.\nStrong experience designing modern cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems.\nExcellent understanding of data architecture, data integration, data modeling, and governance principles.\nExperience designing lakehouse architectures and scalable data processing solutions.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Python.\nExperience working with Databricks, Delta Lake, and related technologies.\nKnowledge of data transformation frameworks such as dbt or similar ELT tools.\nExperience with at least one major cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).\nStrong client-facing skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.\nProven ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting capabilities.\nWhat Will Set You Apart:\nDatabricks Architect Champion designation.\nCloud Architect certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nExperience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or other modern analytics platforms.\nExperience with data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.\nKnowledge of data mesh and modern data architecture methodologies.\nGenAI, Machine Learning, or AI solution design experience.\nPresales experience including proposal writing, solution estimation, and offer development.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nAdaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.\nMissing one or two of these qualifications?
