The Senior Manager acts as the business-side decision authority for business operations tooling and data, drives adoption of process and system changes across departments, and maintains the governance structure that keeps concurrent initiatives aligned, on track, and transparently reported to executive stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of process design, communication, and program discipline, and requires equal comfort working with front-line staff and presenting to the Executive Team.\nResponsibilities:\nRevOps Business Ownership \nFacilitate end-to-end process design across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education & Research, and Finance, including lead routing, stage definitions, and handoffs\n\nServe as the business owner for enterprise systems, with authority over the organization's information architecture, cross-departmental workflows, and business automations.\n\nOwn data trustworthiness as the source of truth for pipeline, forecast, and attribution reporting\n\nPartners with Finance on forecast and reporting alignment\n\nProvide business input for reporting and BI needs and prioritization, partnering with the Technology Team on build-out\n\nOwn the business process roadmaps and change-request intakes\n\nDrive tool adoption across Marketing, Sales, Ops, E&R, and other functions.\n\nChange Management \nBuild and execute change management plans, covering stakeholder impact analysis, communications, and training on change management processes\n\nOwn internal communications related to Change Management, calibrated by audience\n\nIdentify and manage adoption risk and resistance, including morale impact from concurrent organizational change\n\nCoordinate training and enablement planning with all functions\n\nAct as liaison between project teams and impacted functions to help resolve or escalate issues\n\nBuild a long-term operational effectiveness strategy that incorporates industry best practices, i.e. (RevOps, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)\n\nEscalate change risks to ET\n\nProject Governance \nDefine and maintain project governance structure\n\nOwn status reporting cadence, including scorecard and milestone tracking\n\nFacilitate steering committee and Executive Team touchpoints\n\nMaintain the risk register and escalation path\n\n Minimum Qualifications:\n5+ years’ experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Operations in a leadership capacity (either leading teams or leading projects) with accountability for process development\n\nTrack record translating business requirements into system and process design\n\nDemonstrated cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance\n\nExperience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform\n\nData literacy, able to define and validate metrics/reporting logic, not just consume dashboards\n\nBackground in change management, with strong written communication and demonstrated ability to adjust tone and detail by audience\n\nComfort handling sensitive change contexts, such as reorganizations and workflow disruption\n\nExperience running multi-workstream projects and programs\n\nFamiliarity with formal governance frameworks (steering committees, RACI, escalation structures)\n\nComfortable presenting status to executive and board audiences\n\nAbility and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) is required up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings with possible additional travel (approximately 2-3 times annually) for conferences and events as needed\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDME/Healthcare sales process familiarity\n\nChange management experience in a healthcare or regulated environment (HIPAA-aware communications)\n\nProgram governance experience in a regulated environment (FDA, HIPAA, Joint Commission)\n\n Work Environment & Physical Demands\nWork is performed remotely from a home office. The starting salary range for this position is $109,000 - $129,700 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
