This role is ideal for someone with outstanding analytical ability, strong business intuition, and the curiosity to use modern tools, including AI, to solve real business problems.\nWe are flexible about the amount of experience candidates have; we can tailor the position to your level of seniority.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain financial models to support pricing, forecasting, and inventory planning\nAnalyze sales, marketing spend, and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights\nTrack key metrics such as CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and cohort performance\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews\nOwn payment and revenue reconciliation across platforms such as Shopify and payment gateways\nReview and release payments, ensuring every payment is accurate and approved before sending\nInvestigate discrepancies in transactions, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks\nServe as the main internal point of contact for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records with outsourced bookkeeping partners\nReview, organize, and validate bookkeeping outputs to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy\nWork closely with operations and procurement to ensure clean financial reporting\nIdentify process gaps in billing, payments, reconciliation, and accounting workflows, and help design scalable solutions\nUse AI tools to speed up data analysis, surface anomalies, draft reports, and improve workflow efficiency\nWho you are\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
