We'll tailor the role according to your strengths!\nThe position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.\nWhat You May Do (subject to skills and business needs at the time)\nManage our merchandising calendar, working with other team members to ensure that promotions and new product launches are communicated across various channels\nCreate content (both visual + copy) for various marketing channels: email, SMS, and social media\nBuild and optimize Linjer’s email content, cadence, and segmentation strategy for all promotional, triggered, and transactional emails\nMonitor our website performance and propose improvements in design, content and experience\nPrepare images and videos from external providers for use on our marketing channels, including cropping/retouching and editing videos\nUpload and publish new products and content to the website \nCoordinate the production of photo and video content with external providers\nCoordinate the translation of content for website/email and ads\nWho You AreA tertiary degree holder\nFresh graduate or a recent graduate with less than two years of experience\nFluent English speaker\nYou are able to manage multiple work streams at once\nYou have a great eye for design! \nYou are a strong writer and can write compelling marketing copy\nYou’re an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building \nYou’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth\nYou’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes\nYou’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease\nYou thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture\n BonusYou have prior experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator (if you don't, it's okay - we'll teach you)\nIf you have never received training in writing a cover letter before, please search online for guidelines on how to write a cover letter.
