project scope\nCreate process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams\nSupport testing and implementation of IT solutions\nEnsure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities\nWymagania\nMust-Have Qualifications\n\nAt least 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst\n\nStrong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and stakeholder management\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\n\nKnowledge of SQL for data analysis\n\nGood command of English\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience in the finance or stock exchange
