The role combines analytics engineering, data integration and Python-based AI/ML development.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining analytical data models, developing data pipelines and integrating data from existing platforms, including Informatica. The role will also involve supporting machine learning and AI engineering initiatives, preferably within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain analytical data models and transformation workflows using dbt.\nBuild and maintain semantic models and support analytics and reporting solutions using Google Looker.\nDevelop data integration and processing solutions using Python.\nExtract, transform and integrate data from Informatica and other source systems.\nBuild, maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality, reliability and consistency.\nContribute to machine learning and AI engineering initiatives, including the development of Python-based solutions.\nLeverage Google Cloud Platform services to support data processing, analytics and AI/ML workloads.\nCollaborate with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nApply best practices in data modeling, testing, documentation, version control and performance optimization.\nRequirements\nProven experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or a similar role.\nStrong Python and SQL skills.\nHands-on experience with dbt and data transformation.\nExperience with data modeling and semantic layer concepts.\nFamiliarity with Google Looker or similar business intelligence and analytics tools.\nExperience with data integration, extraction and processing from multiple sources.\nKnowledge of Informatica or experience working with data originating from Informatica-based platforms.\nUnderstanding of machine learning and AI engineering concepts, with practical experience developing Python-based solutions.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nAbility to work independently across different areas of the data lifecycle.\nNice to Have\nExperience with BigQuery and Google Cloud data services.\nExperience developing and deploying ML/AI solutions in a cloud environment.\nFamiliarity with data orchestration tools and modern data stack architectures.\nExperience building reusable semantic models and standardized
