Join a team supporting Demand Planning processes within an international organization. In this role, you will be responsible for demand data analysis, forecast support, reporting, and coordination of the monthly planning cycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, reliable forecasts, and timely execution of planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain demand planning master data and forecast inputs.
- Upload, validate, and maintain forecast data in planning systems.
- Support statistical forecast generation and exception management.
- Monitor forecast changes and identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
- Support the cleansing of historical demand data and correction of system errors.
- Prepare regular forecast accuracy and forecast bias reports.
- Analyze demand trends, consumption patterns, and market developments.
- Identify significant forecast deviations and support root cause analysis.
- Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Prepare materials and data for monthly Demand Review Meetings (DRM).
- Consolidate inputs from Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams.
- Track actions and follow-ups resulting from planning meetings.
- Support demand plan sign-off and publication activities.
- Monitor planning timelines and ensure deadlines are met throughout the monthly planning cycle.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or planning-related processes.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Maestro, Rapid, Logility, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of statistical forecasting and demand planning concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different business functions.
