ability to communicate a compelling digital vision and present complex transformation roadmaps to international stakeholders.\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead the design and execution of the global digital transformation strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization's long-term scientific and commercial goals.\nDirect the modernization of the digital core, ensuring that new platforms and technologies are fully integrated and compliant with Life Science quality standards.\nAct as a primary change agent, fostering a digital-first culture across the organization and mentoring leaders on the adoption of agile methodologies.\nManage the digital transformation portfolio and budget, ensuring that investments deliver clear ROI and tangible improvements in time-to-market for new therapies.\nCollaborate with R&D, Clinical, and Manufacturing heads to identify and eliminate technological bottlenecks through innovative digital
