practices.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery.\nMentor engineers and provide technical guidance to a small team.\nTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nDrive technical roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and reliability.\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.\nStrong expertise in C#/.NET and distributed, service-oriented architectures.\nGood understanding of concurrent and high-performance programming.\nExperience designing scalable, resilient, and high-volume systems.\nWillingness and openness to working with Rust as part of the platform's ongoing technology evolution.\nExperience with AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices.\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, or similar.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience with Rust.\nKnowledge of AWS, Kafka, serverless, or cloud-native architectures.\nExperience with React or Angular.\nFamiliarity with event-driven architectures.\nExperience in financial
