The specialist will work across different business areas, helping teams simplify manual processes, improve access to information and build reliable reporting solutions.\nResponsibilities\nWork with business stakeholders to understand reporting, data and process improvement needs.\nDesign and deliver dashboards and analytical solutions supporting operational and management decision-making.\nBuild and maintain automated business processes, including approvals, notifications, data transfers and recurring activities.\nDevelop lightweight business applications supporting internal workflows and data collection.\nCombine information from multiple systems and prepare it for reporting and further analysis.\nImprove the quality, consistency and usability of existing datasets and reports.\nMaintain and enhance solutions built within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\nConfigure access and security rules for reporting and collaboration solutions.\nTroubleshoot data, automation and integration issues and implement appropriate improvements.\nSupport integrations between collaboration tools, reporting platforms and external data sources.\nDevelop scripts or utilities to automate repetitive data and file-processing activities when required.\nDocument implemented solutions and provide guidance to their users.\nContinuously identify opportunities to replace manual activities with more efficient digital processes.\nTechnical Background\nThe role requires strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, Power Query and performance optimisation.\nPractical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform is also essential, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps, with the ability to design workflows, business logic and integrations.\nCandidates should be comfortable working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services, including lists, document libraries, permissions and structured content.\nExperience in the following areas will also be important:\nSQL and working with structured datasets\ndata transformation and preparation\nETL / ELT concepts\ndata validation and quality checks\nAPIs and system integrations\nMicrosoft Graph API or similar integration interfaces\nscripting with PowerShell or Python\nExcel and CSV data processing\nenterprise reporting and data extraction tools\nExposure to platforms such as ServiceNow or Snowflake will be an advantage.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of delivered solutions.\nGood communication,
