About the Role

We are looking for a Project Lead / Scrum Master to support the development of a global digital platform by facilitating collaboration, coordinating delivery and helping a cross-functional team achieve its business objectives.

You will work closely with international stakeholders and specialists across technology, product, design, marketing and content. You will help establish effective ways of working, manage priorities and dependencies, and promote a product-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate delivery, priorities, dependencies, timelines and risks.
• Help the team remove blockers and continuously improve its processes and collaboration.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Promote ownership, accountability and a focus on business value.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the development of team processes and encourage the effective use of modern tools, including AI-powered solutions.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows and support more effective delivery.

Requirements

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices; practical experience is an advantage.
• Experience or potential in project coordination, team facilitation or digital delivery.
• Good English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand broader business objectives and connect them with day-to-day activities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Practical experience using AI tools in professional work, together with openness to exploring new AI technologies and applications.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to change and embrace new ways of working.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
