quality and security.\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, particularly Apex and Lightning Web Components.\nSolid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, APIs, integrations and security.\nExperience with Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flow Builder.\nKnowledge of Git, automated testing, code reviews and CI/CD.\nExperience leading developers and taking ownership of technical delivery.\nAbility to balance business needs with technical constraints and long-term maintainability.\nStrong communication skills, professional proficiency in English and experience working with international stakeholders.\nA proactive mindset and willingness to learn new
