in collaboration with business stakeholders.\nCoordinate technical migration activities, monitor progress and ensure successful delivery.\nInvestigate data inconsistencies and integration failures, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nApply data modelling and architecture best practices, maintaining clear technical documentation.\nRequirements\nProven experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.\nStrong SQL and Python programming skills.\nPractical experience with APIs, data connectors and cross-system integrations.\nGood understanding of data modelling, data transformation and data architecture.\nExperience delivering or supporting complex data migration projects.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly when working with data quality issues.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent documentation and communication skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience integrating enterprise HR platforms and handling employee-related data.\nFamiliarity with Workday system\nFamiliarity with data loading and extraction tools used by HR systems.\nExperience migrating historical employee, employment and compensation records.\nKnowledge of cloud-based data platforms.\nExperience coordinating technical delivery and advising stakeholders on integration
