This role is focused on ensuring predictable outcomes, clear priorities, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement in how value is delivered.\nYou will act as a bridge between product, business stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams - helping translate business goals into practical delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, and provide transparent reporting on progress, outcomes, and value.\nKey responsibilities\nLead delivery across a product suite, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress.\nDrive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, identifying risks and impediments, and supporting data-driven decision-making.\nImprove delivery flow by optimising ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across teams.\nSupport product suite-level planning, including prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity management.\nProvide clear reporting, executive summaries, and delivery insights to stakeholders and leadership.\nManage delivery-related finances, balancing cost, value realisation, and delivery priorities.\nWork closely with product owners, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leadership across locations.\nSupport governance, dependency management, and risk handling across agile and project-based delivery models.\nRequirements\n6-12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management.\nProven experience driving delivery in complex IT or digital environments.\nExperience working across both agile and project-based delivery models.\nStrong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, risk management, and delivery planning.\nExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft 365 or similar.\nAbility to translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and practical execution steps.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at different levels.\nExperience working with product owners, teams, and leadership in an international or distributed environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise executive-level reporting.\nPragmatic, structured, outcome-driven approach with strong collaboration skills.\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with the engineering domain or an engineering background/degree.\nExperience working in large, international organisations or multi-team product environments.\nWho we are looking for\nWe are looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex delivery environments.
