The role requires driving accountability across multiple teams and ensuring that required artefacts, reviews, approvals, and deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Program Leadership\nLead complex projects and programs throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to successful delivery.\nDefine and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, document deliverables risks, dependencies, and success criteria.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality expectations.\nDrive accountability and execution across multidisciplinary teams.\nOwn the planning, tracking, and quality of project documentation, governance artefacts, decision logs, action registers, and executive reporting materials.\nClient Relationship Management\nServe as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client stakeholders.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.\nManage stakeholder expectations and facilitate transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead difficult discussions professionally while maintaining trust and partnership.\nDelivery Coordination & Governance\nAct as the bridge between client stakeholders, business teams, subject matter experts and technical delivery teams.\nCoordinate the creation, review, approval, and maintenance of project documentation and governance artefacts.\nEnsure business objectives, compliance requirements, and governance obligations are effectively translated into delivery plans and execution priorities.\nFacilitate decision-making, alignment, and problem resolution across teams.\nEstablish and maintain effective project governance and stakeholder accountability mechanisms.\nEnsure all required deliverables progress through appropriate review and approval processes.\nRisk & Issue Management\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.\nProactively identify documentation, governance, approval, and stakeholder risks that may impact delivery timelines.\nDrive mitigation plans and resolution strategies.\nEscalate issues appropriately when necessary while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.\nRemain calm and effective under pressure, especially during critical project phases.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Engagement\nLead steering committees, project reviews, workshops, and status meetings.\nDrive ownership, accountability, and timely decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.\nCommunicate effectively with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nTailor communication style to different audiences.\nEnsure transparency, clarity, and alignment across all stakeholders.\nRequired Experience\n7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs.\nProven experience working directly with external clients and executive stakeholders.\nStrong track record of successfully managing projects in demanding, fast-paced environments.\nExperience coordinating distributed, cross-functional delivery teams.\nExcellent risk, issue, and dependency management skills.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\nFluent English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches.\nPMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.\nKnowledge of GxP, CSA, validation processes, or regulated software development environments - will be an additional asset.\nWe are looking for someone who:\nIs
