engineering, platform architecture, and security.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement scalable Snowflake architecture and enterprise data solutions.\n\nDevelop and optimize data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data processing workflows.\n\nDesign and maintain CI/CD processes supporting data platform development and deployment.\n\nSelect and implement appropriate Snowflake capabilities and platform components based on business and technical requirements.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.\n\nImplement security, governance, and best practices across Snowflake and Azure environments.\n\nProvide technical leadership and delivery oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.\n\nPromote engineering standards, code quality, and scalable platform design.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake.\n\nSolid background in Data Engineering and modern data platform design.\n\nExperience designing data models and building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.\n\nGood knowledge of Azure Cloud services.\n\nUnderstanding of Snowflake and Azure security principles.\n\nExperience designing enterprise data architectures and technical solutions.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nNice to Have\nSnowflake Architect certification.\n\nExperience with dbt, Airflow, and Terraform.\n\nKnowledge of Data Governance frameworks and best practices.\n\nExperience working within regulated industries, particularly Financial Services.\n\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\n\nExperience Required\n6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, or Data Architecture.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.\n\nProven experience leading enterprise data platform implementations and providing technical leadership across engineering
