Zespół współpracuje ściśle z centralnym zespołem platformowym odpowiedzialnym za observability, co daje unikalną możliwość łączenia klasycznego SRE z rozwojem rozwiązań opartych na AI.\nTo rola dla osoby, która lubi realny wpływ na stabilność krytycznych systemów, ale też chce rozwijać się w kierunku automatyzacji i AI-driven operations.\nCzym będziesz się zajmować\nSite Reliability Engineering (główny zakres)\nMonitoring, obsługa incydentów produkcyjnych i root cause analysis dla platform tradingowych i rynkowych.\nDiagnozowanie problemów produkcyjnych i wdrażanie trwałych poprawek zapobiegających ich nawrotom.\nZarządzanie pojemnością (capacity management) i wsparcie stabilności platform on-premises.\nPraca w środowisku o wysokiej krytyczności, w dużej mierze autonomicznie (bez lokalnego lidera zespołu na miejscu).\nAI & automatyzacja (element rozwojowy roli)\nBudowa agentów AI automatyzujących monitoring i kontrole stanu systemów, np.:\nhealth-checki na start dnia / start tygodnia,\nmonitoring pre-trade, post-trade i rozliczeń (settlement),\nmonitoring przepływu zleceń (order flow).\nPraca na centralnej platformie observability z dedykowanym wsparciem szkoleniowym w zakresie budowy agentów AI.\nWykorzystanie narzędzi typu Copilot / LLM do wsparcia troubleshootingu i podejmowania decyzji operacyjnych.\nCzego oczekujemy\nMusisz mieć:\nSilne fundamenty SRE: incident management, production support, capacity planning.\nDoświadczenie w diagnozowaniu i naprawie problemów produkcyjnych w środowiskach o wysokiej dostępności.\nPython (preferowany) + znajomość Java lub shell scripting.\nPraktyczna znajomość: Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch.\nDoświadczenie w środowiskach on-premises (chmura publiczna -
