Applications must be submitted in English.\nWhat you will do\nDesign intuitive and scalable planning experiences for different user journeys and operational contexts.\nLead user-centred discovery: collect input from users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nPlan and conduct research, map end-to-end journeys, identify pain points, and translate insights into design priorities.\nCreate user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and prototypes of various fidelity levels.\nTest and validate concepts with users, using feedback and evidence to improve the solution continuously.\nSimplify complex planning workflows involving business rules, spatial constraints, product data, and 3D-enabled or data-rich environments.\nCollaborate closely with Developers, Product Leaders, and other UX professionals.\nSupport the creation of reusable design patterns and contribute to a consistent design foundation.\nWork with design systems and reusable components to enable scalability across future product areas.\nExplore and apply AI-assisted design and development workflows where they can improve speed, quality, or collaboration.\nWhat we are looking for\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally working on complex digital products.\nExperience designing for enterprise, retail, space planning, operational tools, or similarly complex product environments.\nStrong skills in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, user flows, journey mapping, and design systems.\nProficiency with tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.\nAbility to balance MVP delivery with a coherent long-term product experience.\nConfidence in working with different user groups, from operational users to specialist planning teams.\nAbility to translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into practical design solutions.\nStrong collaboration skills and experience working with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.\nGood communication skills in English.\nNice to have\nExperience with data-rich, spatial, planning, or 3D-enabled workflows.\nExperience designing products used in retail, store operations, expansion planning, supply chain, or commercial planning.\nExperience improving existing complex products as well as designing new experiences from scratch.\nInterest in AI-assisted design, prototyping, and software development workflows.\nWho we are looking for\nWe are looking for a UX Designer who can bring clarity to complexity.
