Microsoft ecosystem and a passion for problem-solving.\nYou have significant, hands-on experience with both SharePoint Server (2019 or newer) and SharePoint Online.\nYou possess a holistic understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including practical familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.\nYou are a master troubleshooter, with proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues at an enterprise level.\nYou have a solid grasp of SharePoint development principles and architecture.\nYou have hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and you know how to leverage it to build powerful business solutions.\nYou are excited by the potential of AI and Copilot to transform the modern workplace and are eager to explore these tools.\nYou are an excellent communicator, fluent in English, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.\nHolding Microsoft certifications in relevant areas would be a strong
