Sr Project Manager Global Markets

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead complex end-to-end projects within Global Markets (GM) and Asset & Liability Management Treasury (ALMT) domains. This role focuses on managing both vertical projects (spanning Front-Office to Accounting) and transversal initiatives (cross-entity, cross-location, or cross-business line). You will oversee project framing, solution design, execution, governance, and delivery-ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and IT architecture standards.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project scope, aligning stakeholders, managing roadmaps and risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation. You’ll also play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities and applying lessons learned to future projects. Close collaboration with Front-Office, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams is essential to deliver outcomes in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, governance model, and high-level business case.
• Coordinate solution design with business, IT, and architecture stakeholders.
• Build and maintain the execution roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication and governance routines.
• Monitor progress, control budgets, and provide clear reporting and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards (architecture, controls, operating models) and regulatory foresight.
• Conduct retrospectives and update best practices based on project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within capital markets or financial transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of Front-Office to Finance processing flows.
• Familiarity with capital markets products and systems.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and governance leadership.
• High adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage by influence.
