Link Group

Link Group is a Polish technology services company founded in Warsaw in 2016 that builds and supplies engineering teams to clients across Europe. Its model combines body leasing and managed teams with delivery of complete software, cloud and cybersecurity projects, drawing on a large bench of contractors rather than a fixed permanent staff. The company works heavily in financial services, telecommunications and public sector projects, and has built a specialisation in blockchain and distributed ledger engineering alongside more conventional cloud and application development work.

UX Writer

We are looking for a creative yet methodical UX Writer to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you won't just write words; you will design experiences. You will be the guardian of our product’s language, ensuring that every interaction-from a tiny button to a complex technical guide-is clear, consistent, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Lifecycle: Create, audit, and optimize high-quality content, including microcopy, technical documentation, end-user guides, and release notes, all while adhering to established brand standards.
Strategic Growth: Actively identify areas where our UX writing solutions can be improved and contribute to the continuous evolution of our internal style guides and writing processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex technical concepts into intuitive, accessible copy.
UX Advocacy: Ensure our brand’s voice and tone remain consistent across all digital touchpoints to enhance overall usability and user satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

Exceptional Writing Skills: A proven ability to tailor content for diverse audiences, ranging from high-level product descriptions to detailed technical specifications.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CMS/CCMS platforms and basic image editing tools.
Team Synergy: A track record of working effectively in cross-functional environments, with the communication skills needed to align stakeholders and drive projects forward.
Precision & Discipline: A meticulous eye for detail and a structured approach to solving complex content challenges.
Language Mastery: Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
A Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude defined by ownership, ambition, and a collaborative spirit. We value professionals who care about client value and act with integrity.

Bonus Points (Stand out):

Previous experience in UX writing for complex SaaS platforms.
A strong background in technical writing.
A solid technology-focused career background, allowing you to bridge the gap between engineering and the end-user.
