Web Content Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Poland
We are looking for a Web Content Specialist to support the management and continuous improvement of a corporate website. The role combines content publishing, CMS administration, editorial quality control, and collaboration with internal teams. You will also contribute to the development and testing of AI-supported content management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish, format, and schedule website content using a CMS.
- Maintain content categorisation, metadata, tags, and information architecture.
- Coordinate content updates, materials, and feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Review published materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and functionality.
- Support the introduction and testing of AI-based tools for content creation and publishing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or editorial operations.
- Practical experience with CMS platforms and website content workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple requests and collaborate with different teams.
- Interest in applying AI tools to optimise content-related processes.
