Remote roles are performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval.\nAs an Insights Associate Program Manager supporting the business, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world. You will work with a high-caliber, passionate team to lead high-impact projects and scale data-driven insights that enable our sales teams to unlock customer value.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for taking the LinkedIn dataset and using it to build and maintain scalable insights solutions to support the business. You will start with the tools we’ve already created and dive deep on how we can automate, optimize, and improve upon them further. You will resolve any end-user challenges and ensure that they are able to use our internal tools effectively and reliably.\nResponsibilities:\nLeverage LinkedIn’s unique data used to power innovative tools to address business challenges. \nWrite SQL/Presto/Trino/Spark queries to extract the necessary data and leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau to present the information. \nTake existing queries or narratives and optimize them to run more efficiently/consistently while building in automated checks and controls to proactively flag any problems. \nExperiment with and build agentic workflows leveraging the latest AI models and capabilities \nHandle incoming support requests to ensure our end users experience is bug-free and efficient. \nExperiment with and implement enhancements to various internal data tools to improve usefulness for the broader team. \nBuild cross-functional momentum for operational improvements and partner effectively with other teams. \nEvangelize the use of data in sales and represent the voice of our customers. \n Basic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience with data analysis \n3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel (Microsoft suite) \n3+ years working with SQL and data visualization tools to query large data-sets (e.g. Presto/Trino, Spark SQL, Tableau, etc.) \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with data storytelling, turning data into insights and presenting to internal and/or external stakeholders \nExperience with product, data engineering, or sales analytics and/or data science \nExperience with AI coding tools and harnesses such as Github Copilot, Claude Code, Codex ,etc \nAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority. \nExperience with project management & managing complex, multi-workstream programs. \nStrong business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and desire & ability to learn. \nExcellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical skills \nExpert knowledge of SQL - excited about opportunities to optimize/tune queries joining datasets with billions of rows and optimize performance. \nKnowledge of Hadoop (Presto/Spark), git, & Tableau \nAbility to provide a business lens to analytical and technical problems. \nAbility to build alliances across the company. \nAbility to translate user feedback into tool requirements. \nYou understand the value LinkedIn creates for members and companies AND get really excited thinking about the potential of its data to help solve business problems. \nSuggested Skills:\nSQL & Analytics\nBusiness Intelligence\nData Visualization\nAI & Automation\nProblem Solving\nLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.\nThe pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.\nThe total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
