You’ll translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs, prepare and review RFCs, and deliver end-to-end solutions using Apex, LWC, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AI-driven capabilities. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, translate them into technical solutions. \nDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.\nBuild responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).\nDevelop backend logic, integrations, and APIs using Apex, REST/SOAP services, and platform events.\nDesign and develop AI based solutions and agents using Einstein AI, Agentforce and any Gen-AI tools. \nBest Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development, \nTake ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code, \nIntegrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as DocuSign, Apttus, CPQ, Conga, etc, \nCollaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business, \nDevelop Proactive monitoring using Event Monitoring and features. \nTest and Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines. \nImplement and troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ and Apttus solutions.\n Basic Qualifications\nExperience with Salesforce platform, Salescloud, and at least 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, \nExperience in developing LWC, Aura Components, Apex Triggers, Classes, VF Pages. \nExperience in SFDC Configurations \nExperience with integration solutions such as Dell Boomi, HDFS or other 3rd Party systems \nExperience in Salesforce CPQ and/or Apttus \nExperience with VSCode, Salesforce Lightning Design System \nExperience in working on Cursor / Agentforce Vibe Coding \nExperience with, various IT application development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall and blended models), and software engineering concepts \nExperience in implementing async apex. \nExperience with Data Migration\nExperience on implementing Salesforce Mobile pages/apps \nExperience in Enstein AI features like Prediction Builder, Next Best Actions, GenAi \nExperience in configuring event monitoring reports and dashboards. \nEager to learn new tech stacks and contribute in a fast pacing environment. \nExperience as an IC and mentoring team members. \nExperience of collaborating with business stakeholders and team members. \nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist)\n7+ Years of software development experience\nExposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-driven features\nExperience with integration platforms (Boomi, ETL tools)\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies\nSuggested Skills\nLightning Web Components\nApex \nSalesforce security model\nSalesforce Sales Cloud \nSalesforce Data Cloud\nAgentforce\n India Disability Policy\nLinkedIn is an equal employment opportunity employer offering opportunities to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
