These agents will power new features and experiences that anticipate professionals' needs, automate complex tasks, and provide personalized guidance, ultimately shaping the future of work.\nThe Technical Program Manager (level is TBD ) will have the opportunity to drive cutting-edge AI agentic programs.. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams. The LinkedIn TPM role is highly diversified and includes initiating, planning and executing intermediate to large scale, cross-functional and company-wide programs.\nAre you passionate about AIg at scale? The successful candidate will be technically strong, have a solid track record of program management leading large scale AI programs, possess excellent communication skills, have experience working with a lot of ambiguity and wearing several hats, will have worked with a large number of customers to drive adoption, and will have demonstrated excellent leadership, along with superior organizational skills.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and drive key cross functional, technical AI initiatives across Linkedin.\nAbility to influence senior leaders, empower, build strategic relationships and align people across a broad variety of job functions through relationships.\nDevelop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders and build the necessary subject matter expertise.\nTake ambiguous technical problems, formulate plans and drive teams to deliver successful results.\nUnderstand the long term implications of architectural and technical changes, while not losing focus on the short term deliverables.\nLead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.\nContinuously improve and scale the organization. Improve processes where needed, while being cognizant of not slowing down engineering teams.\nCreate a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning.\nAnalytical and truth seeking. Ability to understand sophisticated concepts and make reasoned decisions objectively.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including high emotional intelligence.\nFill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver\nExperience with or solid understanding of end-to-end agile software development.\nCoach and mentor others on the team.\n Basic Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management \nB.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience\nExperience managing AI programs\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent or past experience working in start-ups\nPast software engineering experience\nExperience managing large AI programs and leading multiple TPMs.\nTechnical program management experience in the tech industry.\nSignificant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors.\nAbility to work in very ambiguous environments\nPassion about being an indispensable part of a great product.\nAbility to communicate authoritatively at a sufficient technical depth.\nStrong verbal and written communication.\nPassionate about learning new concepts and technologies.\nHands-on software development experience.\nKnowledge of machine learning applications and platforms, Azure would be a big plus\nExperience on building foundational models in a large scale environment.\nSuggested Skills:\nTechnical Program Management\nTechnical leadership\nData subject matter expertise\nAI programs\nSoftware Engineering\nYou will Benefit from our Culture\nWe strongly believe in the well-being of our employees and their families. The pay range for this role is $171,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
