The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver cross-functional programs in LinkedIn’s Flagship product\nDevelop partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives\nDrive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs\nIdentify risks, resolve key program conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths\nCommunicate program status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans\nCreate a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning\nLeverage AI for automating program management workflows\nCoach and mentor others in the best practices of modern planning and execution\n Basic Qualifications:\n7+ years of full-time technical program management experience in a software engineering organization managing programs at scale, or equivalent experience.\nB.S. degree or equivalent, in a technical field\nExperience with AI systems and Generative AI \nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave worked on large consumer products initiatives\nHave led programs involving AI technologies including LLMs, agentic workflows, model evaluation frameworks, and cloud-based AI infrastructure\nExperience leveraging AI for automation, efficiency and productivity gains\n2+ years of hands-on software development experience\nPossess superior business strategy sense, product intuition, program sense, demonstrated technical understanding to fully integrate with product development teams and contribute at any level of depth\nExperience in working in complex technical ecosystems and has adequate technical depth\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle and processes\nAbility to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nSuggested Skills:\nTechnical Program Management\nAI fluency\nCross Functional Collaboration\nTechnical Leadership\nInfluencing Senior Leaders\n LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.\nThe pay range for this role is $144,000 to $237,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.\nThe total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
