Rejoignez notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans la valorisation des déchets, en tant que Chef d'équipe maintenance. Vous serez responsable de la coordination, de l'animation et de la supervision de l'équipe de maintenance, en veillant à la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des installations industrielles. Vous participerez également à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, au développement d'une culture de sécurité et d'amélioration continue, et à l'élaboration du budget de maintenance.

Missions

Organiser, planifier, accompagner et répartir les activités de maintenance.
Superviser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements.
Participer aux projets d'amélioration des équipements et à l'optimisation des performances industrielles.

Profil recherché

Issu d'une formation technique ou supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie sur ce type de missions et idéalement dans un environnement automatisé ou de process.

Vous possédez de très bonnes connaissances en mécanique, électricité, hydraulique, pneumatique notamment.

Vous aimez le travail d'équipe et manager des équipes. Force de proposition, bon communicant, vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en management ou coordination d'équipe.

Le poste est en horaires en 2x8 ou 3x8 selon l'activité.

Package de rémunération : Fixe + variables.
