informatique pour plus de 15 000 utilisateurs dans un environnement multi-sites.\nManager les équipes de support et de gestion des flottes informatiques, en garantissant la qualité de service et la performance opérationnelle.\nDéfinir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance ainsi que les budgets associés, et contribuer aux projets d'intégration des sociétés acquises.\nProfil recherché\nCHALLENGE : * Assurer l'adéquation et la QUALITÉ DE SERVICE aux utilisateurs\n* AUTOMATISER les processus support en s'appuyant sur l'IA\n* Définir et mettre en place le nouveau modèle de support\n* Faire ÉVOLUER L'ORGANISATION en adéquation avec ce nouveau modèle\nPRÉ-REQUIS :\n* BAC+4/5 EN INFORMATIQUE\n* 8 À 10 ANS D'EXPÉRIENCE DANS LE MANAGEMENT DU SUPPORT IT\n* Expérience en MULTI SITES dans des CONTEXTES INDUSTRIELS \nHARD-SKILLS :\n* ANGLAIS : Capacité à échanger à l'ÉCRIT ET À L'ORAL DANS UN ANGLAIS TECHNIQUE et à conduire des présentations ou des réunions\n* Maîtrise du PILOTAGE DE PRESTATAIRES et des engagements de service (SLA/KPI)\n* Bonne connaissance des ENVIRONNEMENTS WORKPLACE (Intune, SCCM, etc.)\n* CERTIFICATION ITIL appréciée\n* Bonne connaissance de l'ITSM
