The role supports effective client relationship management, business reporting, matter opening, anti-money laundering and conflict checking processes by ensuring that client information, contact data, corporate structures and Linklaters-specific classifications remain accurate, compliant and up to date.\nPriority focus for this role will be to support work related to the decommissioning of two legacy systems, the successful candidate will assist the BDM team in ensuring the correct contacts are able added to campaigns, mailings and events. They will assist in data quality and accuracy checks using Introhive.\nYou will be responsible for\nProcessing, validating and maintaining client, company and contact data\nResearching and updating data linked to corporate events and contact changes\nSupporting data quality, governance and privacy compliance\nWorking with internal stakeholders across Business Acceptance, Risk and other business teams\nVerifying information using internal and external sources\nSupporting campaign, mailing and event contact accuracy\nAssisting with legacy system decommissioning\nApply if you\nHave at least 1 year of experience managing CRM data within a professional services environment\nDemonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail\nAre confident working with spreadsheets and structured datasets\nCommunicate fluently in spoken and written English\nCan manage high-volume work and follow detailed procedures consistently\nHave strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate results and required next steps clearly\nAre comfortable managing high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency\nBenefits\nJoining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you'll be making to our success.
