To support our team, we are currently looking for a:
Capital Markets and Banking / Regulatory Associate - German Speaker
Key Responsibilities and Challenges
- Deliver a comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of financial law;
- Assist clients on complex advisory mandates/ finance transactions involving numerous participants and jurisdictions;
- Drafting and negotiating finance documentation, demonstrating familiarity with the latest trends, precedents and market standards;
- Providing sound commercial and legal advice to clients;
- Contributing know-how and experience to the team;
- Liaise with leading institutions and colleagues across other jurisdictions.
What we are looking for:
Qualification
- European qualified lawyers with 2 to 4 years of experience as well as outstanding academic qualifications.
- You will have a range of experience and a keen interest in non-contentious regulatory matters, capital markets, banking and/or other finance-related law.
Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German, French would be an asset.
- Exceptional networking skills;
- Organisational skills;
- Ability to communicate assertively when under pressure;
- Ability to influence using appropriate techniques.
