This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for an eBilling Manager to join the CoE Revenue Lifecycle on a permanent basis, leading the delivery of our global eBilling service. You will oversee operational delivery, client onboarding and setup, issue management, performance and continuous improvement, bringing together eBilling capabilities across Warsaw and London. Leading a geographically dispersed team, you will work closely with Revenue, Client Finance, Pricing, Technology, Legal & Risk and client relationship stakeholders to ensure consistent standards, clear ownership and a high-quality global service.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nLead and take ownership of the global eBilling service and operating model, ensuring clear priorities, consistent service standards and effective delivery across London and Warsaw.\nOversee the accurate and timely submission of electronic invoices, including rejection management, resubmissions, billing schedules, platform administration, timekeeper and rate uploads, and associated records.\n·Manage the end-to-end onboarding and setup of clients onto eBilling platforms, ensuring requirements, configurations, mappings, testing, approvals and go-live activities are effectively controlled.\nAct as the senior point of contact for complex eBilling matters and client escalations, working with key stakeholders to resolve issues and provide clear, practical guidance on requirements, risks and actions.\nDefine and oversee service levels, KPIs and reporting, using performance data, trend analysis and root-cause analysis to identify issues and drive sustained improvements.\nLead continuous improvement across the eBilling service, partnering with Technology and Finance transformation teams to enhance processes, automation, platform integrations and management information.\nManage capacity and resources across business-as-usual activity, client onboarding, backlogs, peak periods and improvement initiatives, ensuring appropriate operational resilience and contingency arrangements.\nLead, coach and develop the eBilling team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture through clear objectives, performance management, career development, succession planning and knowledge sharing.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nSubstantial eBilling experience within a global law firm, professional services organisation or similarly complex client billing environment.\nProven experience leading and developing teams, with responsibility for delivering a business-critical operational service across multiple locations or functions.\nStrong technical knowledge of eBilling platforms, broker portals, electronic invoice formats, client billing requirements, onboarding processes and rejection resolution.\nExcellent stakeholder and client management skills, with experience managing complex relationships, senior-level discussions and service escalations.\nDemonstrable experience improving processes, controls and operational performance through data analysis, root-cause analysis, automation and continuous improvement.\nStrong understanding of legal finance and the interaction between eBilling, Revenue, Billing, Pricing and Client Finance, combined with strong reporting and Excel skills; experience with SAP, workflow, automation and data visualisation tools would be advantageous.\nWhat's on offer:\nThis role can be based in our London offices, with a hybrid working model available.\nJoining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you'll be making to our success.
