This among others includes:\nRecruiting: administrating and running the recruitment process, from ensuring the candidate management system is up to date and running the assessment days;\nHR management: assisting in the planning and organisation of overall HR processes together with the other teams, including updating of HR management systems and employees/lawyers records;\n Network: assisting in the planning and organisation of HR network activities (Diversity&Inclusion, Health&Wellbeing, agile working, internal events…).\nRequirements\nDegree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields with excellent academic credentials;\nProficiency level in English;\nKnowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills;\nComfortable at prioritising own caseload and dealing with a wide variety of different requests.\nTechnical Skills:\nThis list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
